Worst clinic experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Yalda, but the address on Google Maps was wrong. I was outside calling multiple times and no one answered. Despite this, my appointment was canceled for being late. I took time off work for this appointment to refill a critical medication that I cannot safely stop. I am very happy to have found this clinic and Dr. Shakil Salim as my family doctor. Dr. Salim is very knowdgeable, patient and listens well before taking any action. Dr.Salim is one of the best family doctor ! And All the staff are kind and very attentive whenever I need help for my health.
I had an appointment with Dr. Shakir Salim, and in my experience, the interaction was not positive. I felt that he came across as condescending and aggressive. While I believe he is knowledgeable and qualified, I did not find him approachable or respectful. Based on my experience, I would suggest considering other family doctors for your medical needs.
My family doctor is here and I've been seeing her for quite a while. I've never had any issues with the receptionist's, I try to be polite and direct with them following their policies on how to get appointments, leave voicemails. Be kind to the gate keepers and you will prosper at this clinic.
