Our whole family sees Dr. Shields and hygienist Cindy. Cindy is very informative on updates of my dental health and educational as to what can be done to rectify the problem. We have always been pleased with the care and attention we receive. The administration staff are efficient and welcoming. They truly care and go out of their way to accommodate.
Everyone at Discovery is so lovely. And the fresh baked cookies for the patients is a sweet touch. My daughter (5 y o) was extremely anxious about her fillings and asked many questions, stopping every few minutes whenever a new tool came out. She was also very scared but the dentist (sorry I forgot her name!) and dental assistant Sara were so kind and patient throughout the appointment. Amazing service, very homely and comprehensive!
As an extremely anxious customer I was absolutely dreading my appointment. But from the minute I stepped in the door everyone was utterly wonderful. Trish the clinic manager, Danielle the receptionist, (and another lovely lady behind the desk - I forgot to ask her name) Erin the hygienist and Dr Shields were so great at keeping my anxiety at bay, helping me through the appointment while at the same time being professional and great at what they do!
