I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at Discovery Shutters and Shadings. I checked their website and Google listing before visiting the showroom, both of which clearly state their business hours as Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM to 4 PM. So I drove out during those hours, only to find the door locked and a sign saying “by appointment only.” No one was present to assist, and there was no prior notice or disclaimer online indicating that walk-ins are not accepted.
