Many thanks to Rachel. I was traveling for work and she helped me figure things out with ICBC as I had an accident with wildlife and secure a rental car. I am very grateful. The owner and rest of team were very helpful as well.
Very bad experience at Discovery Auto collision, brought my car in after an accident not my fault, so ICBC made a mistake as the car was vintage and never classified it as that so I couldn’t even get an estimate as the shop said ICBC would write my car off because it’s yr and vintage. ICBC then corrected the issue after months of back and forth with discovery as they said they couldn’t reach out to ICBC for who knows why.
