I would like to give 0 stars. Unless there’s been a complete overhaul of the system there’s no way I’d put my loved one in here. They staff so short that hardly anything get done unless it’s dressing, meds, food or toileting. Those are the things that get done. There’s no extra time to care, talk or do anything extra for the residents.

Mom stayed there and got bed bugs, Never ever had she had those before,. She even saw them on the floor when she stayed there. They don't clean,. Filthy, Disgusting place. I Do not recommend any family member to Stay there.

This facility is the worst I have ever seen. I hate to admit it but I worked there for a few months and it was the most awful experience I’ve ever had and I’m sixty years old so this isn’t my first rodeo. The staff is very disrespectful and don’t try to help a new person. In fact they try to make you feel stupid when you ask for an assist which puts the resident in danger. I work as a front desk receptionist. The entire place is an atmosphere that makes you want to go to work. A real team environment.

My mom fell six times and they never called. It is still better than West hills way. They are holding my mom hostage and not letting me visit her while she is dying on hospice.
