Absolutely love the amazing team this facility has. Not only do I feel more comfortable with how they operate and answered the concerns I had, I can sleep at night with ease knowing that my loved one is somewhere safe. As someone who did my research for months and went back and forth with my husband and family members, I am so glad that I chose Valley Health and Rehab. Thank you guys so much for helping my family feel confident in our decision. 10/10 recommend this amazing facility!

A couple amazing caretakers, others lack complete compassion, and speak of the elders as if they are not present. I volunteer there because I love them. A woman fell… a nurse was I front of her and one at her head. I knelt down resting my hand on her back for comfort and I felt her relax as she stated she was scared. The nurse yelled at me to say I was in the way and if she needs a hairdresser she would let me know, I slowly stood up and simply said compassion… not aggressive, however that speaks volumes no longer wanting my... read more
My parents have both been residents of (Discovery first) and now, The Valley Health and Rehab since 2018. My dad passed in 2019 and he and our family were treated so respectfully and kindly! My mom is still there, through three different administrations and the Covid shutdown. Her needs were met while in assisted living and when she needed a greater level of care, she was moved to the memory unit. The current administration and staff are trying very hard to make improvements and I see the efforts of their hard work on a week... read more
