I’ve had such a great experience with the maintenance team here, especially Bryan. Every time I’ve put in a request, he’s been prompt, professional, and thorough. He takes the time to explain what’s being fixed and makes sure everything is working properly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents’ comfort, but he always goes above and beyond. Truly appreciate his hard work!
I’d like to start by saying walking into the leasing office is a pleasant experience. I went in to look for a 3 bedroom apartment and although they don’t have any available for my move in date, I’m highly willing to wait for availability. Have been trying to coordinate move in with this location. However, they have been mostly unresponsive. First, the RentCafe site they utilize is completely useless. Unfortunately, it seems that they have a dependency on this useless site, rather than relying on personal interaction. Seems to be the wave of the future. Rather than relying on quality customer service, let's just take the easy way out, so we don't have to deal with those nasty tenants! Awesome service and they came so fast
Breunna was so sweet! No question was a dumb question to her and she made sure to answer every one of my questions. She was very patient and I can appreciate great customer service. We need more people like her. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with her. She made my day better. Thank you Breanna again!
