The whole apartment complex and management staff are complete trash. This apartment deserves 0 stars. How can someone who never was late magically be charged for a pet that does not exist. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The breezeways are always filthy. The managment staff is completely clueless and the front office is worthless. They never have any real events, the trash compactor area is always over run with trash. Recently changed my review to one star because I’m seeing more and more that staff just really doesn’t care about tenants in my opinion. Faulty communication between office and maintenance personnel, lack of urgency, lack of empathy, and it’s just disheartening because again facilities and the units themselves are really nice I wanna update this review to say that it’s been on and off again for a month that my AC hasn’t been working either it won’t stop at set temperature or it doesn’t work at all.
