We had a very unpleasant experience dealing with the property manager Emma. She was extremely difficult and unreasonable to communicate with when issues arose, using her position to pressure or harass residents rather than attempting negotiation. Be wary of the other google reviews here. Two are written by herself and the sudden wave of highly positive reviews after receiving negative feedback seems highly questionable. Overall the experience left a poor impression that I would not recommend to others.
Really enjoyed living at Discovery Apartments for the past 2 and a half years, Emma and Hamid, the building manager, were professional, wonderful and helpful at all times. Emma was instrumental in helping us securing our tenancy from the very beginning. The apartment buildings were always well maintained, and if problems arise, they were quickly addressed and resolved.
We have enjoyed our stay at Discovery apartments during the year and a half that we lived there. Emma was always helpful and attentive. The amenities are really nice, such as the pool and roof top. We really felt at home there.
Our experience at Discovery Apartments was excellent. The property managers, Emma and Hamid, are both passionate about their work and genuinely care for their tenants. They work diligently around the clock to ensure the building remains safe, clean, and well maintained. I highly enjoyed my time living at the Discovery apartment. The unit was very clean, nice, and well maintained. The building is well equipped with excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and a beautiful rooftop garden, which made living there even more enjoyable.
