Discovery Air Duct Cleaning provide great customer service! When I called to make an appointment, there was a long wait. I asked to be put on a wait list. In a short time, they called to tell me I could have an earlier appointment. For the appointment, they arrived on time and did a nice job of cleaning.

Great company and easy to do business with. I found them online and talked to the owner directly. I gave him information about my home and he gave me an exact estimate over the phone. The technician was here the majority of the day working away and sending me before during and after pics. They cleaned up afterwards and stuck to the original pricing. Would use them again.

The technicians are always professional, come early rather than late in the appointment window and communicate well by calling ahead before arriving and explaining what they are doing. The technician that just visited for furnace maintenance was particularly courteous and pleasant. Very satisfied customer!

I had a dryer system that was damaged and Discovery Air Duct Cleaning helped diagnose and eventually install a new outdoor unit. Throughout the time that I worked with them, everyone was very professional, and technicians came on time and were respectful of the space. Discovery Air Duct Cleaning were quick to respond when I initially inquired and the satisfactorily answered questions over the phone. It was easy to schedule and flexible on dates/times. The two guys were very professional - quick to service, clean and thorough with the job. They showed me what the dryer vent looked like before as a reference. Really happy with the work!
