Karen is a sensational front of house lady for this business! So kind , warm and efficient maintaining a hard line on price as well! Matt took me for a drive test and then explained all the bits and pieces on my hiace frontliner. Thank you to two beautiful people . An expensive buy for me but hoping to make awesome memories.
We just bought our new Motorhome from discoverer campers! These guys are true professionals! Excellent service from every team member especially “Karen” from sales & “Matt” from service. I traded my 2019 Jayco Conquest here for a smaller newer model. I found Brendan was fair to deal with and offered me a reasonable trade in price. Karen was knowledgeable and responsive and although it was intimidating to make a purchase without extensive knowledge of the motorhome I was buying, I trusted their honesty. Matty did a thorough handover and I absolutely love my new motorhome.
Purchased a motorhome from Discoverer campers, the service I received was excellent, all the staff there were friendly. Karen the sales lady goes above and beyond , very helpfull and very knowledgeable. Does not pressure you to purchase the vehicle, everything we agreed to was written down and done the transaction was very smooth . Thankyou Karen you are a asset to the company in my opinion. I recommend stopping in and having a chat if your in the market for a motorhome , camper or caravan.
The team were FABULOUS they have done everything that they said they would. Karen is so genuine and honest. Matty is knowledgeable and they just get the job done. Highly recommend 👌
