Mould and lies and not much else. Drove hours to see a caravan here because the owner assured me hand on heart there were no leaks and no mould. As soon as I arrived I could see silicone caked on the roof and when I stepped inside I went dizzy and the smell of mould under the sink was strong, there was black mould in the corners of the cupboards where silicone also peeled off and around the lights you could see water damage. I would rather someone straight up say look for yourself rather than lie through their teeth.
I purchased a pre-loved campervan from Discoverer Campers Gold Coast. The whole process was quick and easy from my first viewing of the campervan through to the detailed handover. I found them very professional and trustworthy.
Staff are rude and completely ignored us for the 10 minutes we stood in there. Walked past us 5 times didn’t say a word or tell us they would help us soon - nothing! and no other customers there. If you’re trying to sell your van through them good luck because they don’t acknowledge customers.
