Dr Jackson and the staff are awesome. Got me right in when I had a concern about eye post cataract surgery. Dr Jackson always made me feel comfortable about letting someone "hack" on my eyes and the results have been great. My thanks to Dr Jackson and his staff. Also as a PS Dr Dawson the Optometrist in that group is also awesome set me on the path to my new eyes. Thanks to all.
Shady billing practices. They will bill you for services that either aren't necessary or you didn't ask for, such as "refraction." If they bill you for a refraction but you aren't getting glasses, it's wrong! A refraction isn't necessary for an eye exam or reading the letters on the wall. It's only for a glasses prescription. They will try to convince you otherwise so don't fall for it. (Don't take my word for it, just look it up.) Can't trust them so never going back.
