Booked 2 hours in advance drive more than 50Mins to get here told them I need deep tissues and she siad in a very rude way dont do deep tissues go find next shop I felt sorry fir the shop owner, I dont think the lady talk toe like that if she were the owner! Wost experience ever

Wondering massage! Concentrated on fixing the sore muscles and the staff was very lovely.
I have had a gift voucher for nearly 12mths and when l ring they always say to busy call back, even called in to shop and got same TO BUSY at Croydon. Quite rude and not time to discuss appt time. I am adamant l will get a massage and will try one of there other shops.
Just had an hour massage. I was a walk in and the lady was very attentive and had a great massage. Will be back soon
