If you have trouble keeping yourself accountable, like me, then this is the place for you! They offer 1-on-1 and group trainings. They keep track of your progress and push you without hurting yourself. The staff is wonderful. If you want to gain strength, you need to join Discover Strength.

I had a great experience with my first workout and starting a fitness plan with Brad at Discover Strength. If you're looking for maximum returns on your time investment for fitness and being really efficient with your work, this is a great place to work out.
Everyone is friendly, motivating, respectful, and just all around wonderful people. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of the trainers and those comments go to each and everyone of them.
I have been working out with Blake for almost 2 months. Although the entire staff is very friendly and personable, I like the consistency of having the same trainer. I have a severe back issue and he is very invested in my recovery. He listens to what I have to say about each exercise so we can fine tune the workout. I highly recommend this gym, I have been working out my entire life and feel this individual attention you get is so worth it!
