My husband and I are impressed by the knowledgeable trainers who know how to push/encourage true muscle failure while preventing injury. What I particularly appreciate is that the trainers are positive, nonjudgmental, and seem to care which is encouraging and makes it easier to come back each painful session. Last but not least, my husband and I like that the sessions are short. I have seen tremendous gains in strength and health. Good job!!!!
