I started coming to Discover Strength a little over a year ago because I wanted to lose weight and become stronger. I didn't know how to lift weights on my own and push myself appropriately. I still have a ways to go, but I am now down 45 lbs and feeling stronger than ever! I appreciate the guidance on form and how to push to failure and appreciate when some trainers are able to make modifications when needed.
