We had a pleasant stay at Billa Blue and found the staff at Discover Stradbroke very helpful. The house is located within easy walking distance of Home Beach and the Straddie Pub. We also had lovely walks along tracks and beaches to Point Lookout and beautiful George walk there. The house itself has a good layout and several pleasant balconies. It is reasonably set up but some areas look tired and some cookware and appliances are past their use by date.

Great service, fabulous view, unique property with our favourite vibe of mid-century. We had a linen/towel change half way through the stay, and the kitchen was full of high-end scandi cookware. 3 Curlews living in the yard and a pheasant showing off on the adjoining fence every morning. ticked every box...bit hard with the dryer not working during 10 days rain, but it sounds like the owners are aware of it. Thanks so much for a great break which we needed. Mike & Bel

Immensely enjoyed a recent stay at Cylinder Beach in Discover Stradbroke's Clayton's 1 unit. The location is unbeatable – just up the road from the beach and within easy walking distance of Bob’s Shop and the local fish and chips shop. The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxed holiday. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!
