We made a deal with Lowe's and their subcontractor is this company located in MA. Everyone who installed countertops worked great, 5 stars to them. 1 stàr for the office managers or whoever they are: Nicole and Jenlee. These personas were very rude and unprofessional with the paying customers btw. Nicole practically was yelling at me ( and it wasn't my fault) and she has never sent anyone to fix a problem even though she said she would. Disgusting experience!
I wouldn't use them again
RUN!! Purchased granite counter tops from Discover and not one step of the process was on time according to what I was told from their employees. A few times my appointment was "lost" or "never scheduled." They take several days to return phone calls and are extremely unprofessional. I have been contacted numerous times by different people without an explanation as to why I don't have the same point person rather than repeating my problem over and over.
