Friendly, professional service. Sales staff are excellent without being pushy. I have purchased four vehicles from them and have no complaints.
Poor service. I bought Kia two months ago and set up kia connect with the help of kia connect customer care but unable to connect with my car. Agent told me I need to restart head unit and even if it doesn’t work someone from service centre need to see the software issue in my car. I went to showroom and they didn’t even want to have a look on to my car just told me to call Kia Connect call centre again. Very high turn over in the service department this last year, it takes much longer to get an appointment now, hope things settle down. I've had to look elsewhere for service.
