Terrible
They were a five in my books out of the gate four years ago but did little to nothing after making an error on the cost of returning a leaded vehicle. Their best estimate was thousands off . Then we bought a “quality used Kia” only to have battery die in first six months. Despite buying the extra warranty. Dealership did nothing to help us. You got my money twice. Fool is me. You won’t get it a third time
I had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes from Kia Discover. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Sam was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and clear communication. Highly recommend Kia Discover, especially if you get a chance to work with Sam.
Friendly, professional service. Sales staff are excellent without being pushy. I have purchased four vehicles from them and have no complaints.
