I am very disappointed with the services from this company. We waited a long time for an autism therapist for my child, but the teacher they sent had no experience. She came to our home without bringing any toys or teaching tools and spent much of the session texting on her phone instead of working with my child. In addition, the manager was very rude and showed up at our home without any appointment or prior notice. We worked with Discover Hope for almost 2 years, for my daughter who is ASD Non-Verbal. Starting ABA can feel very overwhelming and especially so if you are still wrapping your head around your child's diagnosis. Now all of a sudden you're welcoming strangers into your child's life and possibly your home. My family had a wonderful experience with Discover Hope! The communication, patience, and support used by the social teachers helped my son develop skills to handle expected and unexpected experiences from everyday life. As a parent, I felt very supported and heard. I also loved having a team sit with me once a month and delve into all areas of my son. Working on goals, discussing achievements, and making plans to help my son manage and thrive.
