My wife's account has been suspended for nearly 6 months for delinquency. This delinquency was paid in full and processed by Discover the very next day, meaning we made the payment prior to the suspension. The reason for the delinquency was an sudden car accident (she was rear ended) and the subsequent ectopic pregnancy removal process. The costumer service representatives are amazing and extremely nice. Every single experience I’ve had with them they have always been understanding and helpful. I’ll like to remind people that if you give respect, it will be returned. Costumer service agents try their best to assist with situations and sometimes it’s out of their control. They’re human and deserve to be treated as such. 🩷

Worst customer service ever. Samantha Gedeon is the worst and discover should fire her for her failure to provide customer service. If anyone disagrees with her she refuses to help them with anything.

I've had my card for 2 years I think and in my app is says request an increase 95% of people are approved instantly... I have a 800 credit score, on time payments and I don't get approved? This is the only card I've never been able to get an increase on, so I'll be canceling and taking my business else where
