Today was the first appointment I had at this Optometrist and I was impressed from the get go. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and explained all of the pretest steps well and was very personable. Dr. Laudadio was also great to work with and the testing went smoothly. Julianne spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick out the best looking frames while both Julianne and Dr. Laudadio also helped with ensuring that the cost of the glasses were covered while getting the best frames and lenses possible. 5 star experience from Dr. Laudadio and Mace! Haven’t gotten my eyes looked at my whole life, and they took amazing care of me. Very thorough, explained everything, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to Julieanne, Kim, and Stephanie for helping me find the perfect glasses. :)
Had chemotherapy yesterday and accidentally slept on my glasses that I purchased somewhere else and they fixed them for free. Very friendly staff as well
The staff and doctors were super knowledgeable and kind! They helped my 88 year old mother with such care and consideration.
Never had to try so hard to give a business money in my entire life. Called over 5 times over a week trying to get a contact lens prescription sorted, never followed up. When to another office and got this sorted out in 5 minutes
