Wow! I was blown away by how GREAT this place is. From the start of the booking over the phone with Mace, the customer service was top notch, it felt so friendly, professional and welcoming. Upon arriving at my appointment, the front staff -Kim and Julianne- were so kind and helpful. Kim helped with the pre-exam with my son and she was so patient and great with kiddos. While I was travelling in BC, a screw, holding an arm on my eye glass frames fell out. I could not get it back in. I am a senior with big fingers and a bit shaky. I dropped in to Discovery Eyecare and asked if they could fix them. They had them fixed within five minutes. I expected a small service charge as I had not purchased the glasses from their store. They said no charge. I was surprised and pleased. If you want exceptional, friendly service, I would recommend this store.
I was in there getting my glasses fixed and I was very happy with the staff. I am going to make Discover Eyecare my choice for all of my eyecare needs in the future.
We love this office! Dr. Roberts is very thorough. He identified issues that were missed previously. The office staff are friendly (funny) and so very nice. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality optometry care.
I’ve been in twice in the last two weeks with myself & my kids and both times we had such a good experience!! Great customer service can be hard to find but everyone here was above the norm. Front desk staff were all so friendly and kind to my kids. They went out of their way to show them what they were doing and were so patient with them. We saw Dr. Clark & she was so kind & gentle! This is the eye care place to go to for the family!!
