I went in for a cleaning and afterward was told my insurance was no longer accepted. This change had occurred 3 months earlier, but I was not notified, and no one told me when I made the appointment or when they called to remind of it, or when I walked in the door. I paid for what would have been a free visit under my plan. I was asked to make a follow up appointment for a filling to be done. Kyle called me to reschedule my cleaning due to no staff available that day. Not a problem appointment was rescheduled. They did not bother to mention to me that they no longer accept my insurance. We found this out when my husband went to his appointment which was before my rescheduled appointment. They cleaned his teeth then told him they no longer accept our insurance. They made him pay for the cleaning. They did put a claim in for him which paid for some of it. This in my opinion is unethical. They made more money by cha... read more
Great care by all Dr Pak’s staff. I especially appreciated the ease I had getting in & out of my wheelchair. This was the first time I visited the office since using a wheelchair & was concerned about the access I would have. From start to finish, everything went smoothly.
Dr Pax is amazing! Pain free and so very competent.
