Don't waste your money here! We're always ending up with the wrong advice from this place based on their water analysis! The pool water gets worse after we do what this place advices us to do. The sales reps are exactly just that and are not pool experts!
Excellent customer service and and knowledgeable staff. Jevon - an assistant manager here - was extremely helpful in transforming my pool after a heavy algae infestation. His practical advice, positive outlook and polite manner gave me hope at a time when I thought fixing my pool was a lost cause. (Before and after photos attached).
Worst customer service, the staff are the laziest I've seen in any store and they don't even know much about pool. If you can go to another store or another location, don't go here.
