Outstanding experience with this location today. I ordered my tires online and they were ready in the store to be mounted on the vehicle at the time they said they'd be ready. The techs were very honest with me when discussing potential issues mounting my new wheels, which I appreciated. The waiting room was nice and comfortable and the show room was clean. Overall, I think I will be back next time I need tire service!
We had a great experience at Discount Wheel and Tire! They helped us super quickly and were able to repair both of our rear tires, which had nails in them. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very professional. They even had a waiting area, which made everything more comfortable while we waited. Highly recommend this place for fast and reliable service!
Called and was told to come in for tires and alignment at 8:30am came in they had me wait till 2:30pm just for them to tell me that I needed stuff done that wasn’t needed and they couldn’t help me today. Next day I called my local mechanic and he fixed the problem in 45 minutes. This business takes advantage of people who aren’t clear about what’s wrong with their vehicle and waste your time and energy just to charge way more then anywhere else. Had a nail in my tire, they were able to fix it in less than 20 minutes for free. Highly recommend, great service and people.
If you’ve ever been to an auto shop in your life, you know they make money by ripping people off. This business has the exact opposite tactic: great customer service, polite/friendly workers, a CLEAR value of honesty (not trying to persuade you into additional/overpriced purchases!! Especially something that us women often run into), good prices, and very good speed.
