I've had a Genesis 1 model for approximately 10 years. I just recently had an issue with the control head. I reached out to DWS regarding my issue and worked with Karina through the process. Had issues with meter cable. DWS was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue and when all troubleshooting attempts failed, they immediately said they would send me a new cable. They were prompt in responding to me and did what it took to fix my unit. Thanks again!!!
