Pretty much a joke. Manuals may as well be written in Chinese (incomplete, incomprehensible and not helpful). Check other distributors and manufacturers. This company shouldn't be allowed to sell toothpicks much less something technical.

I was referred to Discount Water Softeners by a friend for whole house water softener installation services. I cannot express how great the team is at DWS. Karina was on point with the processing and communication. Chris the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Tom the owner even helped out and made me feel like I just did business with a best friend. The fee for the install was very reasonable. I may not need another water softener anytime soon, but I will praise and recommend DWS to anyone who will listen.
This company stands by their products and delivers prompt support when need. After first purchasing my whole house water filter, I broke a fitting during install, upon which they promptly send me a replacement part - no questions asked. A couple years later, upon discovering a small leak from somewhere in the control unit of the product, Discount Water Softeners promptly and without question sent me a whole new control head, along with videos on how to easily make the repair. While "DISCOUNT" is an eye-catching word, the SERVICE and RESPONSIVENESS of this firm is FAR from discount! I lost my owners manual and sent an email to their "SALES@" address and very quickly received an email from Karina with my specific unit's manual attached!
