I had a error code come up on my Genesis water softener, Contacted Discount Water softener in Huntley ill, Talked to Katrina and she gave me the option for warranty replacement of the circuit board and the process to do this. With the detailed instructions I removed the board took it to there facility they checked it out programmed a new board took it home, installed it and programmed a couple of things and it was up and running. I have fought with my Discount Water Softeners Ozone Iron Removal system since I got it. Whole it may remove iron and Sulphur smell, it cannot be trusted. Every couple of months it trips an Error 6 fault and sticks in full back flow until I hear the massive water flush and shut it down. Water is not free of cost but their system dumps it down the drain as if it is. I have sent the head back for numerous rebuilds, I have personally cleaned the valve yo no avail. Really happy with the Genesis Water Softener I purchased from Discount Water Softener 4 years ago. Since installation the softener has performed flawlessly. Recently I needed to make an adjustment to increase water softness and Karina from their Customer Service group provided me with all the instruction needed. Great company with a great product.
