I purchased a Genesis 2 Premier Up-flow water softener in February 2021. The system has functioned well. I am particularly impressed by Discount Water Softener's customer service. I worked with them during the installation and several times since. Without exception, they took the time to carefully guide me. Most recently we reviewed my settings to ensure they were optimized for the results of a recent water test. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Discount Water Softeners.
My water softener had problems and needed help quick. Got the best service. Especially one worker named Karina. She was attentive, respectful, and helped me with any of my questions. I would give her a 10/10. Spoke thoroughly as to what needed to happen next. Excellent customer service care
I would like to start by saying I purchased my water softener more than five years ago from this company and when I first installed it, I made one phone call to customer service. They were very helpful then and helping me install my water softener in my home.
