Service at this company is rather lacking. Trying to get in touch with someone is a struggle and they will only communicate via email or text, and even that is slow and trying. Their units work, but when they inevitable have issues you will struggle to get support.
Every phone call I've made with Discount Water Softeners has been successful. The staff is knowledgeable, and provides the information I need. I've installed several of their systems, one of them being my own, and it's now over 8 years since I put mine in, and still they provide helpful information on maintaining the system. The last interaction was with Karina, and she was absolutely top-notch. Thanks Karina!!

Had a drip off the main valve assembly 6 years after installing the system and sent the unit back for warranty and they replaced it with a brand new valve assembly. Great company and great warranty.
DWS makes a simple and reliable water softener. Mine ran effectively for 10 years. When I needed service, the company sent out their service rep, Tom, who completely overhauled my controller, replaced key seals and the primary piston, to give me hopefully 10 more years of life. All within 1 hour, explaining every replacement thoroughly, and at a very reasonable price. I’d recommend this company to anyone!
