I stopped in with my non-functioning vacuum cleaner that I had tried to fix. The had device suddenly stopped suctioning, and the owner offered a free check on the issue (provided he didn't have to take it apart and do a detailed diagnostic...) Long story short: he succeeded in getting the vacuum working after a short time, and the issue was something really simple that I hadn't figured out. Over charged me for vacuum by 100.00 and it was for a floor model, not convinced it was brand new but probably refurbished. After 1 week suction decreased quite a bit, after dealing with the owner I know he does not back his product or would exchange for a properly working vacuum cleaner. I feel I was duped and recieved an inferior product. He lost a repeat customer.

Owner was extremely helpful. I liked the old style Hoover vacuum and he sold me an even nicer vacuum that works for me with a handicap. Very knowledgeable too. Hope this helps (Dorothea Shipp)
