I’ve done business with Discount Vacuum for years, buying and having repaired both large and small appliances. The owner is a wizard and can repair any brand of any product (ok, may be exaggerating a bit), but always satisfied with his work.
Great customer service!! Called for service to our washer. They got there within an hour and ended up our washers life was over. Went up there purchased a new washer and had it delivered that afternoon!!
Needed a working fridge for my daughter that was inexpensive. They helped me at 4:30 pm and delivered it that same day.

Posting this on my mother's behalf. Months ago my mother took her Rainbo vacuum in for repair. She has called several times to check on the status, but it was never ready. Today she went to pick the vacuum up (even if it wasn't ready), and was told it had been destroyed. They said that was policy for vacuums that had been there a long time. She was NEVER informed the vacuum was ready or could not be repaired. NOT HAPPY!!!!
