Poor customer service They need to take the Sew out of their name. When I brought my sewing machine in a few months ago to be fixed they told me they don't even do sewing machine repair anymore. While the guy working did refer me to another repair place close by, he was rather rude when he saw that I had a sewing machine to be fixed. I will not return.
