The only place on the North shore willing to take the time to get a VERY low car on a hoist. Absolutely, brilliant service. Got my alignment to the best possible state and got given a solid resolution plan on how to sort things afterwards. Couldn't have sorted my WOF without their help.
I am writing to report a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at Discount Tyres – Browns Bay. This shop is running by Teenagers (be aware!!) I came in to have second-hand tyres fitted. During the process, Brooke, the manager, caused visible paint damage to multiple parts of my vehicle — including the fender, bonnet, and side mirror.
