TERRIBLE! HAD ME WAITING OUTSIDE FOR AN HOUR IN 32°WEATHER! Called @ 5:39pm, for a queen size mattress pick up was quoted $50. I was asked what time they could pick up I asked them what time was best for them and was told 6:30pm & was told to text address. Excess tree waste pickup and worked me in same day even though he was booked. Reasonable rates and great communication! Would definitely recommend for junk or tree waste pickup.
So Steven is amazing and I cannot recommend him or his service enough. He will be my go to guy from now on. The a-holes I hired off Craigs list to deliver my new living room set and haul away my old set and some mattresses dumped my stuff in the apartment dumpster while I was making room for the new set in my apartment. Very good same day service, prompt and great communication.
Had an appointment for between 830 and 930 am. They did not show up until 230 pm. I had specified that I was having a washer and dryer removed, both in a phone call and text message. They immediately informed me that they did not have any tools to disconnect the washer and would have to charge me extra. They also told me that they did not have a moving dolly.
