Great service went to todo Auto and my car sat for 2 weeks and no one looked at it. Brought it here less than a week got my car today friendly professional
They take your money and do not care about resolving your issues. There are many more mechanics near by, Check those out before you waste money and deal with poor customer service and unexperienced mechanics. I should have known better than to trust my hard earned cash with a shop that allows people to smoke pot on their premise. Although the day this happened the shop was closed, but the doors to the garage were wide open and young men were smoking working on a car.
Very disappointing experience overall. When I first called about my car’s issue, one of the mechanics initially told me they did not handle that type of repair. Then the owner, Larry, took over the call and assured me they could fix it. After spending a significant amount of money, the original issue was never resolved. Instead, I was encouraged to replace the brakes, which I later noticed seems to be a common recommendation mentioned in other reviews. My ford transmission took a crap on me and after calling multiple shops we were referred to this one. Larry was extremely friendly and prompt when handling issues with my car. Had me in and out of the shop by the time the weekend was over with a brand new transmission. Great service. Me and my family will be taking all of our cars here in the future.
I highly recommend this shop! Larry was awesome to work with & communicated very clearly the issues with my son's car and what it would take to get it fixed. He listened to my concerns about repair shops in general and reassured me that I would not be taken advantage of there. I was really impressed with the timeliness and quality of their work. Thanks for being a stand-up shop!!
