Breck Subie Shop might have ‘Subie’ in the name, but don’t be fooled—this place is where good Subarus go to die. I brought my car in for what should’ve been a simple repair, and not only did they misdiagnose the issue, but they also charged me for unnecessary work that didn’t fix the original problem. When I brought the car back, they seemed annoyed that I dared question their ‘expertise’ and insisted it was something new entirely (conveniently, at a much higher cost). Our Ascent's tailgate was stuck to "open" and the team spent time troubleshooting without an appointment and got us to a fix so we could drive home to Minnesota safely. Great shop who really wants to help.
