I was given an estimate of 45-90 mins by my rental car company who booked these guys. 90 mins later at the expected arrival time on the tracker, I called the provided number. Someone from Discount Towing picked up the phone and told me the driver was on his way, but no time estimate was given. Another hour passed, and the tracker did not update at all. Horrible experience ! Towing company left me stranded with 4 kids !!! He strung me along for hours saying he would be here in 20 minutes and then called my insurance and said they cancelled and didn’t even tell me . I walked 2 miles to a gate as I was on base military to sponsor them as my husband is gone away! They should be ashamed I told him I was walking and had 4 kids and they left me stranded!!!! Larry with Discount Towing was my saving grace today! The only mobile service company willing to come out to Kunia on a Sunday. He went above and beyond with his patience in finding our location up Mauka. Mahalo Larry, would definitely recommend + use this service again
