I was given a set time given 1-2 hours .the expectation that someone would show up to help me on the side of the road! Tried calling multiple times no answer. They then said I wasn’t by my vehicle/they couldn’t get ahold of me .So They also canceled my tow service with them so I had to get a different company to come out and wait the other 1-2 hours that they usually give .so Ed you and your company is a S show! Thanks for nothing 🤙

They incorrectly attached the tow for my SUV and dropped it. They refused to cover necessary mechanical repairs resulting from the impact. Ed had terrible communication and professionalism.

I've relied on Discount Towing 4 times in the last 8 months! Once for an unexpected engine failure, and 3 times to tow the vehicle to and from service appointments. They arrived within the appointment window, helped to open the locked door and jump the dead battery! What a life saver! Hope we won't need a towing service anytime in the near future, but we know who to call of we do!!

I was given an estimate of 45-90 mins by my rental car company who booked these guys. 90 mins later at the expected arrival time on the tracker, I called the provided number. Someone from Discount Towing picked up the phone and told me the driver was on his way, but no time estimate was given. Another hour passed, and the tracker did not update at all. terrible customer service. questioned about time and availability and they cancelled. do not recommend. bad communication and 0 star experience
