Nothing but good things to share about this company’s service and availability. Got stranded on the way back home from a surf run, and Discount Towing was the only company near Mililani that was willing and able to assist with a flatbed tow on a Sunday night. Took less than an hour for pickup, and my vehicle was securely loaded in just five minutes with a safe drive towards the leeward side. We got a late night flat tire on the north shore and after many calls to AAA and other tow companies, this was the only tow truck to show up! They towed us all the way back to the Windward side at midnight. I was so relieved. Mahalo!

Discount Towing was fabulous. We lost our rental car keys in the ocean! All our important documents were in the car. Ed worked with our rental car company and kept us updated on progress. Ed was super nice and so helpful. He accessed the locked car quickly and helped take out all our belongings. Ed helped turn a stressful experience into a success story.
