Fast curteous service.
I walked in and was first in line and with 4 guys behind the counter all telling stories and goofing off with each other would not acknowledge that I was there I just left and went to another tire shop I don't have time to stand and wait for them to get done telling stories to each other
The customer service is just not good for everyone, in my case I have been waiting for at least an hour and they haven't taken my car in for the tire rotation. People come and go and I am still waiting. The CSR didn't greet me like they greet everyone, he asked; do you have an appointment? Instead of how can I/we help you. As per most of your reviews, again, it depends who they want to serve!
