They try to be fast and nice
The man quoted me a price for my car a 2016 Subaru so I thought the price was a fair one. I usually deal with another place when I got there what they didn’t tell you is they charge you $25 a tire for every tire they put on which is not included in the price they give you so in the long run I feel I paid more because of the extra charges when I got to the car the next day and I read the paperwork. It said I did not get the right tires for my vehicle and I’m thinking that’s not what they told me on the phone.
Great customer service and overall atmosphere. Very knowledgeable technicians.
I own several vehicles and I have used Discount Tire for my tire source for the last several years. I needed tires for 3 vehicles all at once this year and Discount Tire has done their very best to meet my needs for all 3 at a very reasonable price. We can't be more thankful to Travis and Christopher for all their assistance at the Livingston location.
