They running around almost getting hit by cars and they are cussing loudly and gave me shitty service wasted 45 minute drive to come here all be taking my money somewhere else
They took great care and got me in and out the door with my new tire in 30 minutes!
The store is great BUT the Synchrony credit they offer is not worth a plug nickel. For YEARS I have paid off my promotional balance with not a problem. The card is in my husband's name but 4-5 times I've paid off with no problem. But all of a sudden NO NO NO. They can't apply the pay off witb my say so. Why the sudden change? They want that interest that bad!! The customer service at Synchrony sucks! The reviews are all bad on it. Discount Tires would do alot better offering a different credit source.
Great service and Quick turn around. They had an issue with our lug nut. They sent us to Karl's Automotive to correct the mistake. Once that was taken care of, everything was fine after that. DT paid the auto shop to fix the problem, so all's well that ends well.
