I've been getting tires from these guys since the beginning. In my opinion they have gotten better every year. They honor the warranty of the tire, the total team they have i would put up against any tire shop in ohio. It's been awesome watching you guys grow and keeping the same core values since the old timers days on 21. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.
They were about to close but was willing to mount my tire quickly before they closed...saved my butt! Definitely coming back here
I have gone to Discount Tire ever since moving back to the area from Florida last spring. They have always been very helpful, professional, and concerned with customer satisfaction. I went in yesterday to get a new battery installed, and w/out sharing any details, they took this customer's satisfaction to new levels! Kudos to the team!

I have been coming here to get my tires aligned for years now. I went in a few weeks ago. They didn't tell me that an alignment would not fix my car. They just told me i need new tires. So they aligned the tires knowing it wouldn't fix the problem. I leave and notice the car isn't aligned properly. I called them to get a quote on 4 new tires.
