after 20 yrs of being a super loyal customer, there Spanish Fork store makes it super difficult to continue being so loyal. Their Customer Service is horrendous. Guess it's time to find another tire store. Thankfully there are several around.
I wish I could say positive things of Discount Tire and all the years i have done business with the company however, Went in on my lunch to have air put on my tires. One tire was down to 12psi, as I was previously aware. Discount refused to put air in the tire due to safety, yet sent me back on the road with a near flat tire. I'm concerned with the fact that their policy of safety is to increase their profits and not in the best interest of their customer. Every employee was so helpful and honest. They balanced and rotated my tires for free, which was totally unexpected. My truck sounds so much better in the freeway now.
Geographically, it's in a very well rounded place and definitely fits in as it should be.
