Looking to get some affordable tires for the winter, I found these guys online and gave them a call. I left a message not thinking I'd hear back, but I got a phone call a couple days later saying they had some tires for me and they would be less than half of what I was pricing at places like dealerships and Fountain Tire. Even though timing prevented me from making a deal with Discount Tire Den, their online reservation system is awesome if you need to hold a set of tires to look at. Their online search tool works really well too. They returned my calls and email within 24 hours as they said they would. Jim even called me personally on a Saturday (when they were closed) when I called and left a message on Friday. Online videos are informative and to the point. I’ll definitely keep them in mind in the future.
