I don’t really have anything bad to say about Discount Tire except they need to put a shade over the guy who stands outside and airs up the tires. It’s not right for him to be out there like that in this heat. I’m in line waiting to get my tires aired up And the poor guy out there is cooking. They should have a canopy over the area so when the car is pulling underneath the canopy, at least the poor guy has shade. My husband tires are literally coming apart, no fault of his own. The tires are just bad. They are making him pay $268 to get new tires. He has the warranty. The tires are bad not worn, the product is bad. He should not have to pay anything. This is the store located at 8425 S. Tryon Charlotte, NC It is not lost on me that $268 for two is an excellent price. This issue that I have is tire is bad, the person that assisted him told him the tires are bad. They are coming apart no fault of my husband. Then why is he been charged
I bought 2 tires. They only had 1 tire in stock. They told me that they would have the tire in next week, and would call. No phone call yet. It has been 2 months. I called them. They had to bring the tire in, and made an appointment. Waited in line for an hour. They said it would be 2 hours. We don't make appointments to wait as walk in customers. This system is seriously broken. You are is the customer service business that sells tires. You should change the name to Discount service. I still don't have my tire!
Very bad service and worst customer support. They really have to improve their quality of the service.
