I went to Tire discount on Pendleton Pike , i heard one of the managers curse out a employee and made him feel like he was nothing. i would not work under that person no matter what. some of these places think they can say or do anything cause you need a job. enough is enough . He need to be terminated.
One of your store's damaged all four of my wheels, and then made ME do all the work, contact companies for quotes on new wheels, and repair work (so should customers have to mount their own tires too?!) through the joke of a claims company you all use, Fleet Response. Worst company I've EVER dealt with... because Discount Tire has poor customer service, and wouldn't just replace my wheels, I had to settle with a low ball amount for a repair instead. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had with a big corporation! My first time experience at the store was rude, cold and uncaring. I went in to get the best tires I could find for my 4 month, new to me, Porsche. They cost $2,000 so this day felt a bit like a birthday.
