Use at your own rish Avoid at all costs. I called to make sure they had the tires for my daughter's car. I sent her in for two tires and to have all four installed. They sold her a different model tire than what they removed, (which they said the correct ones were in stock), they charged her more than the price online, and they broke a wheel stud and told her to go get it fixed and come back, sending her away with a missing wheel stud to fix at her own expense. Avoid! I came into a location to have my summer wheels/tired put on. Lucas Rosten, Senior assistant manager, informed me that since one of the tires has wear, he had to replace all 4 as this was Subaru's policy, and Discount Tire's policy was to abide by all Manufacturer policies. It was quite obvious that Lucas was lying to make a sale. When I requested to see the policy in writing he got very upset, yelling, rude and told me I was no longer welcome there. Beware of Poway Discount Tire I purchased 4 Yokohama Parada Spec X 265/50/20 tires from Discount Tire in Poway, California in San Diego in April 2010. The price was about $800 out the door mounted and balance. Pay Discount Tire of Poway after you get your tires installed, so you have some negotiating power when they scratch your rims too!
