Techs were like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. I was told that I would be emailed an invoice which never happened. I was told the tires inflation pressure would be adjusted according to the proper inflation and that never happened. The left front tire was inflated to a dangeeous PSI of 86 pounds when it should have been deflated to a safe pressure of 60 PSI. Don't believe the 4.4 stars....check out yelp reviews also. I had a similar experience as Samuel's yelp review of March 2023. Went in for a tire rotation and i was refused saying I needed new tires as they were down to the wear bars. Asking for a quote....I got some numbers written on scrap paper. After leaving and figuring the mileage (on the other discount tires that came with the used car I purchased 1.5 years ago) I saw that these 50,000 mi tires only lasted less than 30,000 miles. Edited: GO TO BIG O TIRES THEY FIXED 3 of our tires no questions asked yes it cost $25 a tire but you won’t be hassled to buy new tires like at discount tires!!! This place knows their customers are mostly older people and boy do they try their hardest to sell you on anything! If you’re looking to get your tire repaired GOOD LUCK! They made us wait for 30 minutes just to be told our truck was over weight capacity for the tires we had! 😂😂😂 They wanted us to spend almost $3,000 on all 4 tires. This place knows their customers are mostly older people and boy do they try their hardest to sell you on anything! If you’re looking to get your tire repaired GOOD LUCK! They made us wait for 30 minutes just to be told our truck was over weight capacity for the tires we had! They wanted us to spend almost $3,000 on all 4 tires. Even after one of there employees told use our tire was repairable! Wouldn’t recommend at all!
