The sales representative was absolutely disrespectful to my wife while she was trying to get an update on her flat tire. Never again will we spend our money at discount tire.

My wife’s tire was leaking, so I took it to Discount Tire for the repair. The waiting area and restrooms are always clean. And despite being obviously busy, the staff was courteous and professional. I like knowing what I’ll be walking in to when a tire repair or replacement is needed.

They are very attentive and polite, professional. They explain all the pros and cons. And they don't sell baloney warranties. When they've sold me a warranty and I have made a claim in the past they have always honored it. That's getting rare these days. Time to update my review. I went to get 4 tires replaced. my tpms sensors worked before I went in. After I left they worked for a short time and then the computer wanted me to reset to current values. It would not reset. The young man who I talked with could care less about the service you received. My appointment was at 9:15am. I was called at 9:35am and told I should consider replacing my two front tires. I said okay and how long would take. About an hour was his response. We were taking a walk and timed it so we were back in an hour. Our car was still sitting in the same place.
