Went in for new tires and an alignment. Website was easy to navigate. Mind blown by how quick they got everything done. Major plus since I had the kids tagging along. I had the best experience from start to finish. Amazing service and outstanding staff! Thanks so much guys!
Very disappointed. I've been using America's/Discount Tire since 1992 and todays visit was not great. I showed up for my appointment and the service tech checked out my front tires and, yes, they needed to be replaced. He had to order the tires for delivery this afternoon. He asked if I wanted to replace the wipers and I said to go ahead and to go ahead with the alignment. I love the kindness and awesome service discount tires has to offer. I have taken a couple of my cars to get some work done on them and they have been awesome everytime. Julio is a spectacular employee, always extremely helpful and quick to service my cars!
