To do a minor tire repair it took over 2 1/2 hours. The wait is ALWAYS long! I am aware they do appointments but even with for an appointment it takes hours than wait for the work to get done. Unrealistic!
Had a blowout while my little girl and I were heading to the mall and, of course, nobody had the tire size I needed. Because apparently my Cadillac decided a spare tire was too much to ask for. We were stuck on the side of the freeway for a bit while i searched everywhere. Discount Tire had the tires I needed in stock and squeezed me into an already tight schedule and got me back on the road. Great service and much appreciated!
Ed was a big help. Very informative, very nice and professional. Had a bad experience at a different company and came here instead, should have come to discount first! Thank you ed for all of your help and your customer service is awesome!!!!
