Other then them trying to up sell me on tires it was okay.
This place left me stranded on the side of the road. I had a nail in my front driver side tire. I was having to put air in it every other day. I took it to Discount Tire by Parkdale Mall. I made an appt for 10 am and waited for 45 minutes. They come back give me my keys and say everything was patched up and I’m ready to go. This experience had a bit of everything! Surprises, curveballs, and moments where l thought to myself… "Well of course that happened." But through it all, Stan stayed friendly, patient, and focused on making things right. I think in the service industry that attitude makes a huge difference. Issues will arise! We’re on the road and we had a blowout yesterday on our class C motorhome. We had roadside service come to repair that we got two tires for the left right so we decided we’d stop at a discount tire to get the other two if we could find one and sure enough there was one in Beaumont, Texas right on our way right off of by 10 we called. They said they had the tires we came in Instantly they had guys coming out putting the tires on what a great place. Thank you so much guys.
