Great group of guys at this location. Very polite and professional which is hard to find these days. Specifically Zack and the manager but the guys in the shop as well. I’ll be back here for sure.
This has been my 2nd trip to this location, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, however after I purchased my 2 new tires they did not rotate them to the front and move the old ones to the back, as they should have. I had them correct this on the first visit and took it as an oversight but it was done again on the 2nd visit and I didn't have the time to wait around. Now I have to make another trip just to have them properly rotated. I believe they should know this as it is their prime duty.
In the middle of vacation road trip, got a nasty flat on interstate. Booked an appt online and at the store Stanley made it quick and easy for us to get back on the road.
Put wrong tires in rear of vehicle and front tires needs to be balanced again.
