Ordered tires to them to have them installed there. I called them before hand to make sure they would be able to do the alignment for my car when I was there because I can't drive my car with new tires out of alignment and ruin them. They scheduled it and said it was all set. I get there and they "can't access my cars systems" whatever that means. I then had to make a whole other trip somewhere else to get that done. Very good experience with Discount Tire. Price match on 4 tires was swift and their booking system is easy. I was out with 4 new tires installed in less than 30 minutes.
Always great service, they always let me know where my vehicle stands, suggest and provide options, never push me to over buy. Christopher was a phenomenal help today, I was stuck between funds and he helped me find out I could use Klarna to get the tires I need in payments. Praise the Lord for both!!
