Went in for a flat repair. I noticed a screw in the back tire. Discount fixed the repair quickly and got me back on the road in under an hour. I did have an appointment which helped. They are a friendly group of people there at the La Mesa location. Highly recommend!

After my appointment was cancelled the evening prior to my appointment, I called into the shop to figure out why. The first associated I spoke with was unfortunately not helpful, but after connecting with Jeremy my appointment was rescheduled and he worked with me to draft the full quote required for the needed work. I brought the vehicle in the next day and was helped by Jeremy during check in, who provided speedy and knowledgable service. Jeremy went above and beyond, I will be back.

I had an appointment 2 days ago and then had to come back for a screw in my tire. Angel took such great care of me. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I love the service and customer care, keep up the great work.

Outstanding experience at Discount Tire. Arnold went above and beyond to track down the only matching tire for our Mazda and had it delivered to their location the very same day, which made everything incredibly easy for us. The team even invited us to come in earlier than our scheduled appointment if we wanted. Once we arrived, it was clear everyone was focused and working hard.
