Wow where is one to start? I guess at the beginning. I scheduled an appointment at 2:30 pm. I got to the store shortly before 2:30 pm. I waited in line and a customer service person took my keys and inspected my vehicle. I was told that my tires could not be rotated due to the condition of 2 tires. The other 2 were not as bad but it was recommended that I buy 4. I paid for the 4 tires. I was told that the vehicle might need an alignment.
