Extremely disappointed. I specifically went to this location for the alignment, over 30 minutes from where I live. Spent over a 1,000$, new tires, wipers, alignment. After the alignment they told me some of my lights turned on and they couldn’t get them to turn off but it was still safe to drive. When I got in my car so many lights were on my dash, it made me so upset and gave me severe anxiety seeing that, as it would anyone. I didn’t have an appointment, but a tire that kept loosing air. In a reasonable amount of time, my tire was repaired at no charge. Friendly group of workers.
Not sure what the point of making a 10:15 appointment for a simple tire rotation when my car didn't get pulled in to the bay until 11 am.
Way better experience than Belle Tire. I wrote them off a few weeks ago when they didn't have my tires in stock after they pro-actively charged me for them, fun fact I *still* havent gotten refunded for that yet. Went here, these guys hooked me up with a killer set of Michelin Pilots that totally transformed the way my car drives.
