Went in to Discount Tire, spoke with SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER, requested a Tire rotation, air check and ( potential)tire slow leak fix. Got the DISCOUNT TIRE lazy,cause we're too busy to really call you message, that car was ready for pickup. ASSUMING ( you know what happens there with ASSUMING!!) ALL tasks completed and discovered later NO ROTATION. Called SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER, Dan and he couldn't say what happened. I asked him to have the STORE manager and NO CALL!
They forgot which car was mine then they forgot to rotate the tires.
This location is top notch. Buying tires is no fun but this team is great! Anyone who has anything bad to say about this location needs their head examined. Keep up the good work Sterling Heights-Discount Tire.
