Ancil was absolutely amazing. I went to 6 different places and no one had my tire (Mitsubishi mirage) and finally we got ahold of him and even when our call dropped he called back and let me know he found a tire for me and it could be there and done within the hour. When we showed up he personally greeted us outside and walked us through everything. We’ve had the BEST experience here in Lubbock because of him. He also price matched for us! Good customer care but sloppy work. After my tire rotation, the psi in two of my tires was off. One was 5 psi under inflated while another was 4 psi over inflated. Also, they rotated my tires differently than the other three DT I have been to. This location only swapped front to back while the others cross rotated (the preferred method according to their own corporate website). I have no way to double check their work on balancing my tires, but I do not have a good feeling about it.
I have always gotten excellent service from Discount Tire, however this time was a bit different. They got me in right away at 9:am but were short one tire and had to go get one from another store. I got lost in the process and the technician forgot about me for around two hours. The manager apologized and said I was getting my alignment at half price which was nice if I had actually gotten it. This Discount Tire was so nice to me. Git to talk with alot of Managers that were here from a company meeting.. They gave superb service. I have always come to Discount Ture in the past and sure I will be back. Thanks for taking care of me.
