Mom passed and it was close to time for the visitation at 5pm. I had taken my vehicle through the car wash and, when I was looking it over, at 3:50pm, I noticed a screw in the right rear tire. It was leaking. I called the store at 56th & Slide in Lubbock. They said they would get me right in. I pulled up and all bays were full. Unprofessional, and lost my brand new bmw valve stem cap that was custom ordered online. The guy that works in the warehouse was unprofessional and didn’t bother looking for it and was rude. Also told me that it was not on there when I brought the car in and it was. Long wait for help and the whole place seemed not to care. The pictures provided the (grey one) is what they stuck on my car. And the other (with the M) is the custom ones I had ordered.
Closed on Sunday...
Such amazing customer service! I don’t think I’ve ever had such great service! Thank you Devon and the rest of the guys for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!!
