I went to this location to have my winter tires replaced with all-season tires. Unfortunately, the experience wasdismissive, and showed very little interest in assisting me. The following day, I checked the wheel nuts as I was approaching the recommended kilometer range to re-torque them. During this check, I discovered that one lug nut had completely fallen off and another was stripped.
