I went to this location to have my winter tires replaced with all-season tires. Unfortunately, the experience wasdismissive, and showed very little interest in assisting me. The following day, I checked the wheel nuts as I was approaching the recommended kilometer range to re-torque them. During this check, I discovered that one lug nut had completely fallen off and another was stripped. I will never take my car there again! In November i took my car in for winter tires next day my car went nuts with tire pressure warnings, it turns out someone broke the pressure monitors on my car and didnt tell me! proceeded to hid the monitors in my all season tires, wouldnt have known if it weren't for the tire storage place telling me. Went back and they assured me they would fix it and put new sensors on, I demanded the manager sign off on the work as i wanted a detailed report of everything they did.
