I had a gash in the sidewall of my tire and it needed replacing. Unfortunately they didn't have my tire in stock, and a competitor did. They were very kind through the whole process and didn't pressure me to get one different tire through them. They also didn't charge me. I would absolutely come here again, and it was just unfortunate that they didn't have my specific tire at that time (235/55/R19 CrossClimate2)
These guys were very helpful and we're willing to help me with a flat and didn't charge me for it. Very kind.
