I am very disappointed in the management with how he treats women. It had to come to the point where I had to call my husband to come get my car back because William would not give me my keys back. According to him it is un-drivable and he was threatening me to call the transportation department and yellow tag my car. He kept asking why I need to go to another place to get a second opinion and if that’s not a red flag, I don’t know what is. BEWARE !!!!Save Your Money!!!! No warranty on their work and always seems to find something else wrong then what you bring your vehicle in for. If you need some work done I would highly suggest Discount Tire by Culver’s. They are two separate companies with the same name but the one by Culver’s is better priced and better work WITH a warranty. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Always had friendly service. However, they were going to charge me over $6,000 for the same services the dealer could do for $3200.
