How can you continually pass an inspection for 3 yrs and I haven't changed not one thing on your vehicle since you had it and they fail your vehicle for a fully functional & operating light? Have you not missing ppl with the front part of the whole vehicle missing in NC?😏😔😁 Cracked windshields and all other issues. There's a underlining issue here! If you didn't want to do it .....just say that and ill take my vehicle somewhere else.
The service was excellent!! There was no long waiting . The price of my tires was reasonable. They also told me what else needed repairs on my car. I really appreciated that.
Manager and Technician were Helpful and Polite. We had 3 young granddaughters with us. The front right tire had a screw in it. A kind gentleman informed us at the stoplight . When we arrived at Mr Tire Auto service we were greeted by the manager. She was very helpful and quick to take care of the issue. The gentleman that plugged the tire was very knowledgeable and through and completed the process in a short time. The staff realized that our 3 granddaughters were young and anxious. Got a flat while driving through North Carolina on a trip from Pennsylvania and stopped into Mr. Tire—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They took us in right away, had new tire installed very quickly, and got us back on the road. The staff was friendly and made a stressful situation way easier. Highly recommend
