Service rep at the counter was very pleasant. They got me in and out quickly for a tire repair.
On Wed. Nov. 26th, My Rental kept shutting down on me while traveling from Philadelphia, to Tampa, Fl. while this was frustrating enough, the Rental didnt have anymore cars due to the holiday, They referred me to the Mr. Tire in Ranoke NC. since I was traveling thru. I Arrived exhausted and frustrated, Pam ( Manager) not only helped comfort us but also got us on our way in about a hour. No More Problems with the car.
