After a terrible experience losing a wheel on the freeway after a local dealership didn’t torque down the lug nuts on my Bronco i drove to my office in Commerce Twp only to notice loud metallic scraping noises coming from that troubled wheel that the dealership “repaired”. The technician at discount tire was able to jack up my car, inspect the wheel, and discover that the brake dust shield was bent in and touching my rotor. Dropped off a set of wheels in the morning to gets tires replaced. Discount tire had them mounted and balanced in under an hour and were happy to hold them until I stopped by after work for pickup. The shop next to my house was asking $450. Discount charged a quarter the price. I've had nothing but good experiences so far and won't waste time with other shops in the future.
