Horrible service. Fully unprofessional. Appointments mean nothing, it's first come, random serve. They delay checking you in so they can say it's an hour in and out. Do not believe it. They are located next to Belle Tire, I won't make this error again.
The Commerce store is exceptionally clean and organized with a professional staff that is both friendly and well informed. This is the only place I shop for tires.
Very professional and friendly service it's about a hour wait but the atmosphere is peaceful.
I love discount tire but today I was press for time got in they put my tire on in about a hour. I got home looked at the tire and they put the wrong tire on. Called they told me to come back they took care of it but I was late to my appointment. I'm not very happy right now they let me down this time.
Everyone was so kind to me. Elliot was the one helped me for the most part and was so kind and understanding. I also made a mistake and he fixed it kindly him and Reed. Very great service and finished all my tires in like 30 mins.
