Terrible service, rude and discourteous, several minutes elapsed before I was greeted and offered assistance
We recently called for quotes for 2 tires for our utility trailer. After quite a bit if research via internet and telephone, we went with the lowest quote from Discount Tire Co. in Texas City, TX. We went to the shop and bought the tires, paid the bill and came home to install them ourselves. After we finished, I reviewed the receipt.
