Had my regular tires swap with my 4 winter tires. At the conclusion of the job, the representative handed me a new lug nut. He said, "This will be the replacement for your old one that got broken by the person who last did your tires". He asked who did it, I replied, "You guys". Then I asked him if it was safe to drive the vehicle with one missing stud, he said yes it is safe. Got 4 tires from here with a warranty of 80,000 miles. They told me if it ware out before that, they will replace for free. I bought it in after 40,000 mile, it wore out and they will not replace it. Bunch of liars. Never buy from them again.
