I had to get new tires quick and discount tire was the only shop with my cars size. The salesman was great, but the service was shabby. I had to wait over two hours at the shop because they took so long to service my vehicle.
Normally I would give this location 5 stars but it’s hard when you book an appointment and then your vehicle isn’t pulled into a service bay until 30-40 minutes past your appointment time. I understand things can get busy with so many walk in customers but there should be a designated service bay or two for appointments and they shouldn’t be over booked. This would keep repeat customers who use the online appointments happy and still leave several bays open for walk in customers.
Exceptional Customer Service
Been coming here for years since the place opened. I suggest you put the “pick up only” sign and dedicate that side to pick up like before or at a minimum ask if anyone is “picking up “ before jumping on the phone to help people etc. The last few times I have dropped off I have had to wait in the line to drop off which is understandable and that is why I show up early, but when I come to just pick up I have to wait in line again while phones are answered.
