Been coming here for years since the place opened. I suggest you put the “pick up only” sign and dedicate that side to pick up like before or at a minimum ask if anyone is “picking up “ before jumping on the phone to help people etc. The last few times I have dropped off I have had to wait in the line to drop off which is understandable and that is why I show up early, but when I come to just pick up I have to wait in line again while phones are answered. Vehicle was completed and service manager knew I was in the store waiting because he talked to me prior to working on my car. He took the car and parked it in a parking spot far from the business , when several other people had their cars driven to the front door. Why did I not get the same treatment?

I was frustrated and almost gave Discount Tire a (1) star review after a bad/weird scenario that i had to come back in after work for 2 consecutive days. However, Lee made it right and was completely professional. The employees at Discount Tire are always helpful and put consumer service 1st just like the good ole days.
